Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our medical equipment, the following return conditions apply:

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:

• Product is defective or damaged upon delivery
• Wrong item was delivered
• Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• Prior approval is obtained

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Installed or commissioned equipment
• Customized or special-order products
• Opened reagents or consumables
• Items damaged due to misuse

2. Provide proof of purchase and description of issue
3. Await return approval and instructions

Return shipping costs may apply unless the error is ours.

4. Refunds

• Processed after inspection and approval
• Issued via original payment method within 7–14 business days
• Replacement may be offered instead of refund
