Refund and Returns Policy

At Unitflex Africa Limited, we are committed to supplying high-quality medical and laboratory equipment. Due to the specialized nature of our products, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Installed or commissioned equipment
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Opened reagents or consumables
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the client

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email: return@unitflex.co.ke within the allowed return period.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) and description of the issue.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

5. Warranty Claims

Certain equipment is covered under manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the specific product warranty terms.
